A date and time for your online appointment will also be sent once funds have been received.

Cancellations and Refunds

A full refund will be given if you cancel your appointment 48 hours in advance. If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your appointment; a refund will not be given and you will lose the full amount. At the clinician’s discretion, an appointment may be rearranged.

If Dr Kennedy needs to cancel your appointment; you will be given the option of moving your appointment to a different day/time; or if you prefer, you can request a full refund.

Appointments

All appointments offered will be online. Please ensure that you have a good internet connection and are in a private/secure and safe environment. It is recommended that you use a desktop appointment if possible rather than your mobile phone. Occasionally, internet connection may be lost or there is a disruption in signal. The clinician will do there best to re-establish a connection with you. If for whatever reason a connection cannot be made, the clinician will contact you via telephone and/or email to discuss options. A refund is not given solely on the basis of lost connection.

In case of emergency

On rare occasions, there may be a need for Dr Kennedy to contact the emergency services during the online appointment if you are in physical or emotional distress (e.g. you have a suspected heart attack, stroke, seizure, if you or another person’s life is in immediate danger) .  Your name, address, name of preferred contact, GP details etc will be used at this point to access emergency help/assistance.

Recording sessions

Sessions are not recorded. Sessions may only be recorded with explicit, informed consent from both the clinician/client and adherence to the requirements of the Data Protection Act 2018.
